ATC sees your internal traffic immediatelly as logged by your flight logger. Therefore, most of the time ATC is just observing the situation.
External traffic can be logged by an ATC as external flights, that only he can see.
All flights leaving the ATZ (and planning to return) can be marked as "Out of ATZ".
Limitless data processing
- View flights in a classic table view. Filter and sort by any parameters (airplanes, pilots, time, ...).
- Statistics of flight time and count by airplane, pilot and days and Custom statistics for maximum flexibility.
- Export data in various formats (incl. custom format) for your further processing (e.g. import into your accounting software). Airplanes and pilots can be assigned with custom identificators, that are included in the exported data for easy cross-reference.
- Locking flights.
- Toggle between local time and UTC.
Each pilot can view flights on his own device and filter only the ones he cares about for easy tranfer to his logbook. Thanks to filters and Custom statistics, instructors can view their time aggregated or by each student, tasks,...
Switch the view to UTC to prevent mistakes in manual conversion.
Further processing is easy thanks to filters and sorting. For automated processing, export the data into various formats and do as you see fit.
Processed flights can be locked by authorized user, so that they cannot be changed.
Multiuser platform, User roles, Activity log
- Each person can have their own user account and assigned role for managing access.
- The App is online, meaning users can work from any device, anywhere and simultaneously with others.
- System logs all activity, that can be traced back to users.
Since multiple people can use the app simultaneously, logging flights can be more efficient - winch launching from a different runway than towing or logging launches by a person on the runway and landings by ATC. The app will support any workflow you like. Handing over the duty is a formality as well.
User roles allow for a safe operations - for example Administrators can manage users, Moderators can manage airplanes and pilots, Users can log flights and Guests can only view logs.
Unwanted changes in the data can be easily found in Activity log of each flight.

- Šmírák Online is used since 2021 at LKCM (Czech airfield, 100+ members, 3 500+ logged flights per year), where it reliably serves even during large events with 200+ launches per day. Since 2022 it is used as the main system for logging flights and managing traffic.
- The app, therefore, includes many more features (in addition to the previously mentioned), which make logging flights and managing traffic easier. For example, every user can switch between UTC and local time according to their current needs. Flight properties (pilots, airplanes, tasks,...) are prefilled with most probable values. Flights are checked, to prevent the same airplane or pilot flying in multiple flights simultaneously.
- If you are using identificators for pilots and airplnes in other systems of yours, you can use them here as well. They will be exported with the flight data for easy cross-reference. You can easily batch import pilots and airplanes as well - for example from a CSV file.
